Liverpool is Cool....again

  Tall_ships_4

Here's the perfect event for each of your taste-

A sporting/shopping weekend in Liverpool England this July.  The Tall Ships’ Races start from Liverpool Docks just as the Open Championship tees off at the Royal Birkdale.

Liverpool has some top notch shops, dining and drinking at first class venues and cool 5 star boutique hotels.  Pre and Post  golf and sailing parties will be outstanding.  Super people watching.

Beatles_4Not since the Beatles has Liverpool been so hip.  It has been named the European Capital of Cultural.

Liverpool was chosen from more than a dozen major European ports to host the start of the race, which will take in Norway before ending in the Netherlands. It will bring close to 100 Tall Ships and more than 3,000 crew, from all over the world, to the banks of the River Mersey.  jo@InsiderTraveler.com for details.
